The 2006 Vietnam High-quality Product Trade Fair will be held in HCM City from April 25 to May 1 with the participation of 270 businesses featuring their products through out more than 1,000 booths, the HCM City Trade and Investment Promotion Centre announced on April 19.

The trade fair will hang 5,000 kites made of cloths to decorate the area and provide shade from the sun.

During the fair, many activities will also take place aimed at providing businesses with market information, creating chances for large distributors to meet, as well as launching service programmes for consumers.
