NA Standing Committee closes 41st session
(VOV) -The 41st session of the National Assembly Standing Committee concluded in Hanoi on September 25 with a series of laws and draft laws under discussion.
During the session, NA deputies discussed 7 draft laws, 3 of which will be submitted to the National Assembly for approval.
They include the revised Criminal Code, the revised Law on Import-Export duties, and the draft law on Professional Soldiers and National Defense employees.
NA deputies debated reports on court judgement implementation, the fight against crime, and law violation and corruption in 2015.
Addressing the closing session, NA Vice Chairman Uong Chu Luu asked for closer coordination between agencies in reviewing draft laws and reports for submission to the 10th session of the 13th legislature.
