An Giang police arrest two locals transporting cannabis
VOV.VN - On April 11, police in the southern province of An Giang arrested two suspected drug traffickers for smuggling 13kg of dried cannabis herb in a car as they crossed the border from Cambodia to Vietnam.

They stopped the car and discovered two nylon bags containing 13kg of cannabis herb, leaves, and branches.
The suspects, Le Thanh Huy and Mai Van Ke, admitted to having bought dried cannabis in Cambodia for transport and distribution for profit within Vietnam. They were apprehended by police in Long Xuyen city while in the process of transporting the drugs.
Local police are still investigating the incident.
