The HCM City People’s Committee has approved 22 projects to build state-owned kindergartens proposed by the city’s districts and another 14 schools for wards and villages that do not have any.

Huynh Cong Minh, head of the HCM City Department of Education and Training, said training courses for nursery teachers will open in May.
