Hong Trang departs for Miss Global International 2022
VOV.VN - Doan Hong Trang, the Vietnamese representative to Miss Global International 2022, left Tan Son Nhat International Airport for Bali, Indonesia, on May 31 to compete in the grand final of the pageant.
The Vietnamese beauty is bringing with her eight pieces of luggage for the finale and other sideline activities.
Trang, 25, stands at 1.73 metres tall with measurements of 86-60-92. The local beauty is most notable for winning Miss Eco Vietnam 2020. She was also named as the official Vietnamese representative to Miss Eco International 2020 in Egypt in April 2021. However, she missed the pageant due to visa procedures.
The girl hailing from Binh Thuan province has acquired plenty of experience in competing in beauty pageants throughout the country. She is currently employed as a model.
Trang said she is eager to showcase Vietnamese beauty and talent during Miss Global International 2022, which is scheduled to take place from June 1 to June 11.
First launched in 2011, Miss Global is a global beauty pageant for single women aged 18 to 35. The 2019 event attracted 74 contestants from countries and territories worldwide.
The 2022 contest is resuming after two years of interruption due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is expected to welcome contestants from over 70 countries and territories from around the globe.
