The final round of 2008 Billiards and Snooker National Championships in south central Khanh Hoa province came to an end on August 6.
Hanoi’s players Luong Chi Dung, Nguyen Thanh Nam and Nguyen Manh Tung won 1st prizes in the men’s snooker, 8-ball pool and 9-ball pool, respectively.
Meanwhile, three players from Ho Chi Minh City, including Duong Anh Vu and Dang Dinh Tien who came 1st in the carom billiards 3 band, carom billiards 1 band, respectively, and Duong Thuy Vi won the women’s 9-ball pool competition.
The English billiards championship title went to Nguyen Thanh Binh from Da Nang.
