The employment floor, designed by Tam Viet Company and Information Technology Training Group NTC, is equipped with a system of 300 computers with a bank of questions available for participants in such fields as computer skills, English, communication ability, presentation, and the labour code.

The test will be marked and analysed by computers. Computers will also give advice on the advantages and disadvantages of each participant, as well as skills they need to improve.

During the two-day event, around 50 enterprises will join the employment floor to seek eligible labourers.
