Overseas Vietnamese have so far opened 47 businesses with total investment capital of up to VND1,000 billion in central Da Nang city, according to the municipal Department of Foreign Affairs.

The investors focus on different fields such as production, processing, and information technology services, the department says, adding that the foreign remittance of the city reached around US$100 million last year.
