Water puppetry artists from the northern port city of Hai Phong will represent Vietnam at the 16th International Puppet Festival in Jerusalem, Israel this July.
The artists plan to entertain audiences with 17 special acts originating from the Red River Delta, including “catching frogs,” “dances of eight fairies,” and “fox catching duck.”
