Hanoi, HCM City streets gridlocked as Tet arrives

VOV.VN - Many of the streets around Hanoi and HCM City are currently facing a traffic quagmire with congestion affecting popular thoroughfares as droves of people travel to their hometowns for the Lunar New Year festival (Tet).
