The conference, organised by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), will be the biggest national forum for the business community this year.

Representatives from relevant ministries, departments, local people’s committees, business associations and 500 businesses from a variety of economic sectors will attend the event.

The VCCI will also host an award ceremony for this year’s winners of “National Vietnamese Outstanding Entrepreneur” title to mark Vietnam’s Entrepreneurs Day (October 13).

Awardees will include businesses that have achieved high growth rates, paid adequate attention to raising the production and quality of products and services, built strong brands, strictly observed the law, taken effective environmental protection measures and introduced new, high-quality products and services.
