The Central Highland province of Kon Tum spent VND4.56 billion to build 456 houses for poor people in 2007 and the first eight months of 2008.

According to Kon Tum Fund for the Poor, 239 houses are in Con Ray district, 110 in Kon Plong district, 57 in Tu M’Rong district and 50 in Dak Glei district.

Kon Tum has delivered 109 houses to poor families and the remaining will be handed over this year.
