Her journey was launched on March 8 as part of celebrations marking International Women’s Day.
Hong believes working as a Mrs World 2013 image ambassador gives her the opportunity to elevate global understandings of Vietnamese land and people, and particularly its women.
She chose a variety of Ao Dai (traditional long dresses) as the key motif uniting her photographs, confident their beauty will make positive impressions on international friends, jury members, and contestants.
Dr Kim Hong’s photographic locations included Hanoi, Haiphong, Hue, Quang Binh, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh City, and Tien Giang.
