Int’l Agriculture Fair in Can Tho
(VOV) - A Vietnam International Agriculture Fair opened in Can Tho City on November 8 with the participation of more than 450 stands.
The event was held under the framework of the national trade promotion program with the aim of promoting agricultural production and rural development, attracting investment and accelerating linkage and international economic integration.
On display are machinery and equipment, production lines, agricultural processing, post-harvest maintenance, agricultural materials, animal food, plant and animal species, bio-technological and agro-seafood products, consumer goods for farmers and products from traditional craft villages.
During the event which last until November 8, participants will have the chance to share farming as well as planting, harvesting and preservation methods and management skills.
The organising board will introduce labour markets, support programs and vocational training programs for rural workers.
