Cultural week in Slovakia features Vietnamese photos, films

VOV.VN - A cultural week was held on June 20 in Blatislava, Slovakia to introduce Vietnam’s images and documentaries to international friends.

The event, organised by the Vietnamese Embassy in Slovakia to mark the 65th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Slovakia drew the attendance of several ambassadors to Slovakia and local people.

Within the week, 300 photographs and 100 documentary films featuring Vietnam’s natural heritages, craft villages, cuisine and sea and island are introduced to the public.

Vietnamese Ambassador to Slovakia Ho Dac Minh Nguyet said the event expected to help international friends discover Vietnam through photographs and documentaries.

The cultural week will close on June 26.
