President Ho Chi Minh, fallen soldiers remembered on National Day
(VOV) - On September 1, a delegation of the Party Central Committee, the Presidential Office, the National Assembly, the Government and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee paid their respects to President Ho Chi Minh and fallen soldiers on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.
The delegation included Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, President Truong Tan Sang, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and VFF President Nguyen Thien Nhan, among others.
The leaders showed their gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh and his great contributions to the Vietnamese revolution and laid wreaths at the Martyrs’ Monument.
The same day, a delegation of Radio the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) leaders also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum.
