Café Cardinal on level 6 of the Times Square Building in HCM City’s District 1 is presenting a selection of foie gras recipes in traditional style, from delightful hors d’oeuvres of foie gras cromesquis to the favorite pan-seared foie gras with caramelized onion cream this month.

On weekends, guests will experience a refined Sunday Brunch with authentic French and regional delicacies served alongside one glass of sparkling wine and their choice of coffee or tea which is available every Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
