Vietnam wishes the situation in Lybia will soon stabilize and the Lybian people will be able to live in peace, said Foreign Ministry spokesman Luong Thanh Nghi.
Nghi made the statement on October 22 while answering reporters’ questions on Vietnam’s response to Lybia’s current situation.
“We are ready to cooperate with the new government to boost friendship between the two countries and take part in the process of Lybia’s rebuilding within our capacity,” he said.
