National Committee for APEC 2017's activities under review
(VOV) The National Committee for APEC 2017 held its year-end meeting on December 25 in Hanoi reviewing its activities during the year.
The Committee’s chairman Pham Binh Minh said 2016 will be an important year for Vietnam to finalize its preparations for the 2017 event.
He asked related ministries and sectors to accelerate preparations and to complete infrastructure and logistics tasks by the end of next year.
It is necessary to call on APEC member countries, the International APEC Secretariat, businesses, and international friends to support Vietnam in organizing this important event, he emphasized.
