No serious injuries after train hits soft drink delivery truck

VOV.VN - A Vietnam Railways passenger train is running again after a collision with a truck carrying water and other soft drinks in Hanoi on the morning of Wednesday, September 13.

No serious injuries are reported by officials after the truck is mangled almost beyond recognition in the accident.

The accident occurs in the district of Thuong Tin of Hanoi at around 5:30am.

Officials say that after a few hours delay, the train continued eastward.

Photos of the accident make it seem remarkable that anyone in the truck escaped severe injury.
