Thanh Hoa police arrest drug traffickers
Police in the central province of Thanh Hoa on July 8 arrested two men trafficking 2kg of crystal myth and 4,000 meth pills.

They are Luong Van Trac, born in 1987 and residing in Trung Ly commune, Muong Lat district; and Ngo Truong Long, born in 1998, from Quang Trung commune, Ngoc Lac district, Thanh Hoa province.
Together with the above-said quantities of drugs, the men were seized in Trung Ly commune with a gun, five mobile phones and other objects.
After expanding the probe, the local police arrested 42-year-old Le Xuan Hien from Trung Son commune, Quan Hoa district, the same province.
The arrested confessed that Trac bought the drugs from Laos at a price of VND200 million (US$8,600). He then, together with Long, smuggled the drugs to localities for sale.
The case is under further investigation.
