Tropical depression brings floods to northern, central provinces

VOV.VN - A tropical depression brought heavy rain to Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, and Ha Tinh Provinces on October 10, adversely affecting local lives as many streets in Thanh Hoa and Vinh Cities were flooded.

In Thanh Hoa Province, the Duong Dinh Nghe, Phan Chu Trinh, To Vinh Dien, Trieu Quoc Dat, and Nguyen Truong To Streets are all flooded.
