Vietnam-Japan University to open in Sept

VOV.VN - Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) President Nguyen Thien Nhan on March 7 hosted a reception in Hanoi for visiting Tsutomu Takebe, special advisor to the Japan-Vietnam Friendship Parliamentary Alliance.

At the meeting Mr Takebe informed his host as to the current status of the Vietnam-Japan University project under construction in Hanoi, noting the project has not encountered any significant impediments.

“The university is on track to open for classes by September 9, 2016,” said Mr Takebe.

At the meeting, Mr Nhan and Mr Takebe also discussed the prospects for other projects related to agriculture, modern cooperation models and private agricultural business models.
