Winners announced in design contest for Long Thanh Airport
VOV.VN - The Ministry of Transport in collaboration with the Airports Corporation of Vietnam held an awards ceremony today (September 22) to announce the winners of the design contest for the Long Thanh Airport, reported the Ha Noi Moi newspaper.

The three winners are Heerim Architects & Planners, LT-04 Japan Airport Consultants-Adp Ingenierie Shigeru Ban Architects and CPG Consultants-Azusa Sekkei – Pae.
Deputy Minister of Transport Le Dinh Tho said the ministry will submit its recommendations for the airport design to the National Assembly for approval by late 2019.
Mr Tho praised the creative ideas of the winning designs for their innovative, environmentally friendly and inspirational architectural characteristics, emphasizing traditional Vietnamese culture.
