Addressing the event, Nguyen Minh, vice chairman of the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province, emphasised that many localities in Vietnam have recently become popular destinations among Korean tourists, and Binh Thuan is rapidly emerging as an outstanding site which is blessed with blue seas, white sandy beaches, and spells of golden sunshine.

According to the official, the province boasts famous cultural relics and marine protected areas along with popular destinations such as the Mui Ne Flying Sand Dunes, Bau Trang, Ke Ga cape, Tien stream, and Ba waterfall.

Furthermore, he said the locality has attracted tourists thanks to typical cultural festivals and the unique and delicate features of the culinary arts of its 35 ethnic groups.

Currently, the province is also designing green tourism products with the ultimate aim of preserving and promoting resource values and environmental protection.

It has also strived to develop cultural tourism products in association with festivals and sightseeing tours to help tourists gain greater insights into local life and traditional craft villages while promoting eco-tourism, adventure and community tourism, MICE ((Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) tourism, as well as golf tourism.
