The Superior Council of French Notary will help Vietnam build a modern notary institution for real estate management, said the Council’s Honorary President Jean Paul Decorps while meeting with Vietnamese Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Mai Ai Truc recently.

Minister Truc said France has developed public notary for hundreds of years with a disciplinary organisation and responsible notaries. He expressed his wish that France will help Vietnam build laws on real estate registration and a database for real estate management.

In a couple of years, Vietnam will complete regulations on real estate registration and build models of land database to be used nationwide.
