The Tien Giang province’s Fatherland Front Committee has allocated over VND22 billion to build 1,433 houses for families of policy beneficiaries to help them overcome difficulties in life.
More than VND13 billion for construction of 1,133 houses is sourced from fund for the poor, which domestic and foreign individuals and organisations have raised from the beginning this year until now.
The Committee has also coordinated with the provincial Department of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs to mobilize over VND9 billion to build 300 houses.
