The Ministry of Trade (MoT) will grant electronic certificates of origin (C/O) to enterprises as of January 1, 2007.

Top priority will be given to 300 businesses who are members of the Vietnam National E-Commerce Portal (ECVN).

Enterprises can apply for certificates via the Internet connected to the MoT's export-import management offices in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Da Nang, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau.
