Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has approved a framework agreement on multilateral cooperation in technical and vocational training among Southeast Asian nations and members of the Francophone Community.

PM Dung assigned the Ministry of Education and Training to sign the agreement and implement and manage projects under the agreement in accordance with current national laws and regulations.
