The national junior archery tournament began in Hai Phong on September 3 with the participation of more than 100 archers from Hanoi, Hai Phong, Phu Tho, Bac Kan, Hung Yen and the Army.

The archers are competing in the 90m, 70m, 60m, 50m and 30m events for 24 sets of medals.

Best athletes will be selected for the national archery team to compete in the 25th Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) to be held in Laos and the third Asian Indoor Games to be held in Vietnam.
