LED screens set to be installed in HCM City to broadcast Vietnam-Thailand clash

VOV.VN - A total of five LED screens are to be installed on Nguyen Hue pedestrian street in Ho Chi Minh City to serve fans during Vietnam’s opening fixture of their World Cup 2022 qualifying campaign in the Asian zone’s second round against Thailand on September 5.

HCM City Football Club made an announcement on September 2 that they have received permission from the municipal People’s Committee to broadcast the fixture.

Five large screens will be installed along Nguyen Hue pedestrian street on the morning of September 4.

The occasion represents the sixth time that HCM City Football Club has set up screens along Nguyen Hue street for fans of the national team.

The club previously erected screens to broadcast matches to supports during the AFC U23 Championship 2018, the Asian Games 2018, the AFF Cup 2018, the Asian Cup, and the King’s Cup 2019.
