Party and State leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh

(VOV) - A delegation of leaders from the Party, State, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) on February 2 paid floral tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum and offered incense at the fallen soldiers Memorial on the occasion of the 85th founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV).

The high-ranking delegation includes Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, former Party General Secretaries Le Kha Phieu and Nong Duc Manh, State President Truong Tan Sang, former State President Tran Duc Luong, Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, National Assembly Chairman (NA) Nguyen Sinh Hung, former NA Chairman Nguyen Van An, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Nguyen Thien Nhan, politburo members, and secretaries of the Party Central Committee.

The leaders expressed their deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh in remembrance of his great contributions to the glorious revolutionary cause of the Party and the nation.

The same day, delegations from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defence; the Central Public Security Commission and the Ministry of Public Security; the Party Committee and People’s Committee of Hanoi also paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
