Lawmakers examine ways to improve railway transport

VOV.VN - National Assembly deputies have urged for more incentives to make railway a key part in Vietnam’s national transport network.

At a session on the revised Railway Law on May 30, lawmakers suggested attracting more private investment in the system, creating the best possible conditions for enterprises’ operation, and securing an equal playground for all businesses involved in railway services. 

The deputies also discussed the revised Law on Public Debt Management and the revised Law on Complaints. 

They are scheduled to give opinions to the draft revised Law on State Compensation Liability on the morning of May 31.
