Bui Yen Ly enters semis of Muaythai tournament

Bui Yen Ly of Vietnam has entered the semi-finals of the International Federation of Muaythai Amateur World Championship in Sweden.

Ly defeated Australian Kristain Armstrong 3-0 in the quarter-final match of the women’s 51kg class on May 23.

Earlier, three other Vietnamese also booked their berths in the last-four round in their respective categories. 
They are Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat in the men’s 60kg, Vo Van Dai in the men’s 63.5kg and Le Hoang Duc in the men’s 48kg pools.

All the athletes will definitely bring at least bronze medals home.

In the other competition on May 25, Nguyen Thi Thanh Truc competes against Galina Popova of Russia in the women’s 48kg class.
