Nhat thumps French rival at Thai Fight World Battle

(VOV) - Thousands gathered at the Military Zone 7 Gymnasium in Ho Chi Minh City on October 25 to watch 20 top athletes from around the globe compete in action-packed exciting kickboxing action.


The martial artists came from Vietnam, Thailand, France, Brazil, the UK, Germany and Canada.

This was the second edition of the event in Vietnam.

German artist Pascal Schroth banged it out with French rival Antoine Pinto in the men’s 72.5kg.

Antoine Pinto emerged the victor.

British martial artist Nicholas Carter challenged Thai rival Sudsakorn Sor Klinmee in the men’s 72.5kg.

The competition was fierce.

A match between martial artist Nguyen Tran Duy Nhat and French rival Victor Pinto was a feature of the event.

Nhat hammered Pinto to claim the championship title in the men’s 60kg.

Swedish martial artist Christ Axelsson took on Thai rival Payak Samui L Kromsappasamit in the men’s 68kg.

Russian artist Yurik Davtyan slugged it out with Belgian competitor Youssef Boughanem and came out on top in the men’s 72.5kg.

The event attracted thousands.
