The Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) and the Japan Professional Football League (J-League) signed a cooperation agreement in Hanoi on August 7.
Accordingly, the two sides will share information and experience to improve their capacities for managing and organizing training courses in the fields of professional football, medical care and marketing.
They will work together to host friendly matches between the Vietnamese and Japanese football clubs and training courses for their young players involved in J-League and V-League competitions.
VPF Chairman Vo Quoc Thang said Japan will help Vietnam exploit the commercial rights of the V-League and support VPF’s development and integration, especially as the private football management sector in Vietnam is still in its infancy.
