InterContinental Nha Trang hosts 3rd Culin’Art event
English artist Bridget March and Chef de Cuisine Khanh Nguyen of the InterContinental Nha Trang recently featured their creations at the third Culin’Art exhibition at the hotel in the central coast city of Nha Trang.
The annual event featured stunning paintings of beautiful landscapes in three regions of Vietnam by veteran artist Bridget March and an afternoon tea’s creations by Chef de Cuisine Khanh Nguyen.
The Culin’Art exhibition was aimed to introduce travelers to the beauty of Vietnam via a harmonious display of paintings and culinary arts which compose the diverse, colorful and exotic ingredients from around Vietnam from March 11 to April 14.
Nineteen artworks selected by HCMC-based painter Bridget March will be exhibited at the hotel’s lobby.
These are just a small part of her painting collection during her four year living and visiting different parts of Vietnam, to depict the country’s culture and heritages.
On the occasion, Khanh Nguyen unveiled his latest recipes for nine cuisines, featuring fresh and unique flavors of three regions of Vietnam in an afternoon tea set.
Guests can pass by the Lobby Lounge on level 1 of the hotel to admire the exhibition and savor the afternoon tea available daily from now until April 14 at the price of VND350,000 per tea set.
