Major biotech conference gets underway in Hanoi

The event – Analytica Vietnam (March 29-31) – provides local scientists, researchers and companies the opportunity to meet face to face with an impressive line-up of globally recognized experts in the in the biotech field, said Deputy Minister Tran Viet Thanh of the Ministry of Science and Technology in a keynote address.
He noted it will help shape the future of the biotechnology industry in Vietnam for future generations.
The conference, he added, is vitally important to achieving the country’s goal of becoming an innovative biotech hub for Southeast Asia and deliver pioneering treatments and life-changing inventions directly to the Vietnamese population.
There will be tracks addressing the current bird flu epidemic, clinical trials, digital health, intellectual property, personalized medicine and much more, he underscored.
