The Head of the Central Commission of Information and Education has affirmed to assist Laos in all fields, particularly in personnel training.
To Huy Rua, who is Politburo member and Secretary of the Party Central Committee, made the statement while receiving Kikeo Khaykhamphithoune, Director of the Lao National Academy of Politics and Public Administration (NAPPA) in Hanoi on September 24.
The NAPPA Director said his academy has made progress in its training scale, with improved facilities and better staff, he added.
