Russian Federation Council leader to visit Vietnam
(VOV) - A high-ranking delegation from the Russian Federation Council led by its chairwoman, Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko, will visit Vietnam from November 13-14.
The visit is made at the invitation of National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, according to a communiqué released by the NA Committee for External Relations on November 8.
