H’hen Nie straight into charity work after Miss Universe Vietnam victory

VOV.VN - Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 H’hen Nie and her fellow pageant beauties have got down to work on their first charitable activity of providing aid to orphans and elderly people in need following the pageant’s finale in the south central province of Khanh Hoa.

Winners of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 pageant commit to charitable activities arranged by the organizing board.
Charitable work is an important and customary part of pageantry.

The delegation visits Thanh Son Pagoda, Cam Hai Dong Commune, Cam Lam District, Khanh Hoa Province, which is home to 47 orphans and 11 elderly people.
They bring gifts including cash, rice, and toys to the children.

First runner-up Hoang Thuy, second runner-up Mau Thuy, and winners of sub-contests also joined in with the charity work.

Former Miss Universe 2008, Dayana Mendoza, enjoys meeting the children as she and the beauties of Miss Universe Vietnam 2017 bring charity and goodwill to the needy.
