The Asian Commercial Bank (ACB) has officially offered loans to businesses to purchase rice to stockpile and fulfill export contracts.
The bank will allowed businesses to access loans to buy rice before and after signing export contracts.
ACB staff will provide free a consultancy service to businesses to help them take advantage of preferential loans.
