The US$58 million-invested construction, located on 55,000-square meters on Thatluong Street, consists of a seven-floor trade and service zone and two basements, a 6-floor luxury apartments and a recreational centre.

This project demonstrates cooperation between Vietnam and Laos, said the officials at the ground breaking ceremony.
