The Vietnamese delegation brought a nice surprise for spectators at the 15th German Cultural Carnival, which opened in Berlin, Germany, on June 4.

The delegation, most of whom are Vietnamese girls living and working in Berlin, left deep impressions and received a warm welcome by spectators for their charming ao dais (traditional long dress).

The German Cultural Carnival, like the Noting Hill Carnival in the UK and the Summer Rotterdam Carnival in the Netherlands, is a festival of meetings, integration and tolerance and represents the variety of cultures in the world.

The 15th carnival in Germany attracted 4,350 representatives from 70 countries around the world and more than 800,000 visitors.
