Seven people were killed and 14 others injured in a vehicle collision in the southern province of Binh Duong on May 11.

The accident happened at 08.30am at Section Km43 of National Highway 13 in Lai Hung commune, Ben Cat district, when a lorry en route to Binh Duong from Binh Phuoc province collided with a bus going in the opposite direction. Seven passengers were killed immediately, and both drivers were seriously injured.

Doctors from Ben Cat district hospital said that they received 14 emergency cases, of whom three were in critical condition and taken to Cho Ray hospital in Ho Chi Minh City.
