Bui Vien Pedestrian Street in HCM City officially opens in mid-July

VOV.VN - Bui Vien Pedestrian Street in Ho Chi Minh City will open on July 15, said a representative of HCM City Department of Tourism at a meeting on June 8.

The representative said the pedestrian street will open at 7pm and close at 2am. Two music stages will be erected to entertain tourists from 8pm to 10pm every Saturday and Sunday.

Apart from art performances of local artists and amateur music bands, tourists will have an opportunity to participate in street art shows when visiting HCM City.

In January, HCM City Department of Tourism co-ordinated with the People’s Committee of district 1 to speed up the implementation of this VND10 billion project for the opening of Bui Vien pedestrian street in mid-July.
