Two agreements to establish a credit fund worth 25 million euros were signed in Hanoi on April 24 by head of the Ministry of Finance’s External Relations and Finance Department Nguyen Thanh Do and Director of the French Development Agency (AFD) Edouard Danjoy.

The fund aims to support a housing development programme for people living in flood-stricken areas in the Mekong River Delta, ensure the long-term and healthy development of credit operations and boost economic development in the region.
