Mozambican Prime Minister Aires Bonifacio Baptista Ali arrived in Vietnam on August 31, beginning a week-long official friendship visit to the country at the invitation of Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung.
The Mozambican PM is accompanied by Ministers of Labour Helena Taipo, Minister of Fisheries Victor Borges, Minister of Veterans Affairs Mateus Kida, Deputy Ministers of Finance Pedro Couto, Deputy Ministers of Agriculture Antonio Limbau, Ambassador to Vietnam Antonio Inacio Junior and several other officials.
