German beer festival kicks off in Danang

The occasion was organised by the German Business Association with the aim of promoting the culture and beautiful landscapes of Danang to international friends. The festival has a particular focus on the German business community who live and work in Vietnam.

According to the organising board, the German Beer Festival has a number of similarities with Germany’s world-famous Oktoberfest festival.

Millions of litres of beer were consumed over the course of the festival.

The festival pảicipants have the chance to enjoy delicious foods from both Germany and Vietnam, in addition to sampling hundreds of German beers from well-known brands.

The taxi company Tien Sa is also offering free rides to visitors at the event.
