Domestic and foreign players to compete at Vietnam Open Danang City

VOV.VN - As many as 48 Vietnamese and foreign tennis players will compete at the Vietnam Open Danang City 2019, scheduled to take place at Tien Son Sports Complex from January 6-12.

The host, Vietnam, will send three of it’s most outstanding tennis players to compete at the tournament, including Ly Hoang Nam, Trinh Linh Giang, and Le Quoc Khanh.

In the doubles’ event, Nam will pair with Le Quoc Khanh while Linh Giang will pair with overseas Vietnamese player Daniel Nguyen, who has ranked World No 189 in singles and world top 400 in doubles’.

Other foreign professional tennis players competing at the tournament include Marcel Granollers of Spain (World No.96), Teymuraz Gabashvili (World No.369), Saketh Myneni of India (previous champion of the Vietnam Open 2015 and Vietnam Open 2017), and other top 300 ATP players.

The tournament has a total cash prize of US$55,000.
